Dating Early 20

Im the same way! Our preferences change as we grow in life. Looking for a relationship is hard especially when you’re at a point in life where you KNOW you won’t settle for anything less. I’m working full time and furthering my education in college so I need someone on that same level or higher!

i think associating dating with family life is a good sign and says a lot about your values and how dedicated of a person you are! its a big commitment, it takes so much time, effort, and hardships. your perspective is honestly the most responsible way to look at it. like in our 20s we’re kind of still hatching in a way. stepping into the world and figuring out who the hell we are as individuals. i think anyone needs that time to themselves. i love my boyfriend to the end of the earth, but at times i do wish i had more time to discover myself before getting in a committed relationship. i’m with him all the time, and we’re so focused on each others lives it’s hard to take that time for individuality. i get lost with figuring out who i am, but he wants to do anything to help me, he loves me and i love him, so there’s not really any going back! if i could’ve i might’ve waited until like 25 or something.
